Tipperary Hurling Club of San Francisco is proud to bring home the Sheamus Howlin Cup following a hard-fought weekend in Chicago. More than just a trophy, the cup honors a man whose vision helped shape the growth of Gaelic games in North America. As we continue our mission to grow hurling in the Bay Area, we’re inspired by the legacy of Sheamus Howlin and grateful to the USGAA and Chicago GAA for making this special competition possible.

We traveled to Gaelic Park with one mission—to bring the Sheamus Howlin Cup back to San Francisco. After three tough matches in the Chicago heat, including a dramatic comeback against Father Tom’s and a final win over Galway Boston, we did just that.
